2nd Frontline Services Forum – Theme: Adult Mental Health

Thursday, April 2, 2020, Gelber Conference Centre, noon to 5:00 p.m.

CIUSSS West-Central Montreal invites community and hospital family physicians who work within the CIUSSS West-Central Montreal territory to a half-day forum, centred around case-based presentations and discussions that will raise awareness on available mental health resources in the community and how to access them.

This Forum is collaboration between Frontline Services, the Mental Health and Addiction Program and the Department of Professional Services of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal.  Registration is open.

Note: This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Office for Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University for up to 3 Mainpro+ credits.

Due to limited parking space around the  Gelber Conference Centre, public transport is suggested.
